For those people making their own applications to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (“DIAC”):

 

REVIEW OF APPLICATION FORMS PREPARED BY YOU

 

 

If you have prepared your own documentation, but require assistance to finalise the application, we are available to advise on this basis.

This service may include certification of documents, if required.

 

This service may also assist in correcting any errors and reducing any delays in processing the application with DIAC.

 

Generally this service requires you to send us electronically or by post or in person the completed documents for our review, plus consultation with you for up to an hour (by telephone for off-shore applicants - at least 24 hours notice is required).

 

We charge as follows for this service:

 

(a) a fixed rate of AUD$1500.00, Plus GST paid in advance (the “Review Fee”); and

 

(b) disbursement fees for photocopying, printing or similar (if applicable); and

 

(c) we also provide services (charged at an agreed hourly rate) for more complex requirements not covered by the Review Fee.
