I want to prepare and lodge my own Visa Application, however I would like a Lawyer/Migration Agent to check it for me and ask any questions I may have. Do you provide this service and how much does it cost?

 

Yes please check our website under Preparation by you. We will arrange a full hour consultation in person or for overseas clients via telephone (at least 24 hours notice required). We charge a flat rate of $350.00 for this service.

 

Question 2
I will need to have my documents certified as well. Do you include this in your Preparation service?

Yes we are able to certify all your documents for the same fee.

 

Question 3
I only require documents to be certified. Do you supply this service?

Yes we can certify documents at minimal cost to you.

 

Question 4
I would like you to act on my behalf to prepare, review and lodge my Visa
Application with DIAC. Please advise what is involved and if I have to pay the fixed rate fee of $2500 upfront.

 

This service comprises initial assessment of your case either by email, telephone or in person consultation. (At this stage the first payment of $500 is to be made). A further review and follow-up research is completed before we prepare your application including detailed submissions to DIAC. (At this stage the second payment of $1000 is to be made). We will then advise when your documents are ready to lodge (at this stage the third payment of $1000 is due) included in this payment is responding to further minor requisitions from DIAC.

 

Question 5
I would like to include my partner in the application. Does this fee cover my
Partner’s application.

No an extra $500.00 is required if including your partner in your application.

Question 6
I have 2 dependent children will you charge extra for them as well.

No there is no extra charge for dependent children.
